Privacy Policy

We've designed this site to collect as little personal information as possible. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set tracking cookies.

Site performance data (Real User Monitoring)

To understand how the site performs for real visitors, we use Netlify's Real User Monitoring. This runs a small script in your browser that measures page-performance signals — known as Core Web Vitals, such as loading speed, responsiveness, and visual stability — along with your general device type (for example, desktop or mobile). This data is aggregated across all visitors to gauge overall site performance and is not used to identify you. It does not use cookies or store information on your device.

Aggregate site analytics (Netlify Web Analytics)

We also use Netlify Web Analytics to see overall traffic trends — such as total page views, the most-visited pages, and the general locations and countries visitors come from. Unlike the performance monitoring above, this is collected entirely on Netlify's servers from its content-delivery logs: there is no script in your browser and no cookies. It reports an estimated count of unique visitors, which Netlify derives by distinguishing IP addresses on the server side; these figures are presented to us only as anonymized aggregate totals and are not used to identify you.

Information you send us

If you use the "Request access" form or email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include in your message. Form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms on our behalf. We use this information solely to respond to you about Aetherlink Systems and early access — not for unrelated marketing.

Hosting and technical logs

This site is hosted by Netlify. As part of delivering and securing the site, Netlify may process limited technical information such as your IP address and basic request details. Netlify acts as our service provider; you can review its practices in the Netlify Privacy Policy.

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics and performance monitoring are both cookieless, so you won't be asked to accept a cookie banner here.

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries and provide early access; to monitor and improve the site's performance and reliability; and to keep the site secure. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving the site (for aggregated performance and analytics data), and on your consent or our taking steps at your request (when you contact us). You can object or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

We do not sell or share your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site — currently Netlify for hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring — who process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy commitments.

We keep messages and contact details only for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain reasonable records of our correspondence. Aggregated analytics and performance data contain no information that identifies you and are retained by our provider as part of those services.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• request a copy of your information in a portable format; and
• opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — which we do not do.

Our hosting and monitoring provider, Netlify, processes data in the United States. If you access the site from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US and other countries, with appropriate safeguards as described in Netlify's privacy policy.

This site and Aetherlink Systems are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. When we do, we'll post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
